Bella Events is a Done-with-You event planning service with one aim: to cultivate life-changing experiences that support connection and community through in-person events for entrepreneurs, associations, and small companies.

 

We are a meeting planning agency with travel agent credentials allowing us to plan events in most locations worldwide.

 

Our Mission is simple: Help our clients create and execute unforgettable experiences that allow them to educate, celebrate, or kick back and bond in inspiring places around the world. All the while making sure the process is fun, transparent, and fully in alignment with your vision and brand.

Services

  • Project Management from start to end of event.
  • Hotel/Accommodation sourcing and contract negotiation
  • Banquet and Event Orders
  • Vendor Sourcing (AV, activities, chef, transportation, etc)
  • Gifts/ Swag
  • Brand Integration
  • Budget management
  • Event Insurance selection
  • Health and safety protocols
  • Event Registration, attendee onboarding
  • Attendee Concierge
  • Scheduled meetings for planning progress and transparency

Compensation

  • Planning services start at $10,000. A custom quote will be delivered within 24 hours of the Connection Call.
  • Travel expenses to be onsite include but are not limited to:
    • 1 private bedroom for 1 day pre-retreat, during the retreat dates, and 1-day post-retreat.
    • Main Cabin Round Trip flight on Delta or Partner Airline (refundable rate)
    • 3 meals a day at per diem
    • Any transportation costs associated with the event

**If Bella Event can earn a commission on hotel sourcing, the total compensation will be reduced by the actualized commission.
